We require an experienced Metal Piping QC Supervisor to lead and oversee piping quality control activities, ensuring compliance with project standards in the fabrication and installation of carbon steel and stainless steel piping systems. The candidate will coordinate inspection teams and liaise with project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate QC inspection activities related to piping fabrication and installation.
Ensure all work complies with project specifications, codes (ASME, API), and industry standards.
Review and approve welding procedures, welder qualifications, and inspection reports.
Conduct and oversee hydrostatic testing and punch list completion.
Manage non-conformance reports and corrective actions.
Liaise with fabrication, construction, and client teams on quality issues.
Maintain documentation and inspection records.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during inspection activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in QC supervision of industrial piping projects.
At least 3 years of experience on ARAMCO projects.
SAP registered personnel; CBT passed.
Familiarity with piping codes and standards.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Immediate availability for mobilization.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of piping materials, components, and fabrication techniques.
Knowledge of welding procedures, inspection, and testing.
Familiarity with documentation and technical drawing interpretation.
Ability to lead inspection teams and coordinate multi-disciplinary activities.
