Key Responsibilities:
✓ Make daily calls to potential clients to win new instructions → Sales & lettings properties in Dubai
✓ Prospect, qualify, and follow up with leads → Using CRM and other tools efficiently
✓ Conduct property viewings and provide professional advice to buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants
✓ Negotiate sales and rental agreements → Achieve the best possible deal for clients while protecting company interests
✓ Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, investors, and potential clients → Regular follow-ups and market updates
✓ Work closely with senior management on high-profile instructions and premium clients
✓ Stay updated on Dubai real estate laws, RERA regulations, and market trends → Ensure compliance and informed decision-making
✓ Prepare contracts, MOUs, tenancy agreements, and related documentation → Coordinate with admin and legal teams
Requirements:
✓ 1+ years of sales experience → Real estate experience in Dubai or London preferred
✓ Fluent in English → Well-spoken, confident, and a clear communicator
✓ Positive mindset → Highly motivated to earn and close deals
✓ Self-motivated, results-driven, and ready for exciting challenges
✓ Must have RERA Broker license or willing to obtain it immediately upon joining
