Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing QHSE policies and procedures.
Conduct safety audits and inspections.
Facilitate safety training and awareness programs.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and Near Misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
Maintain QHSE documentation and records.
Support risk assessments and hazard identification.
Promote a safety culture among staff and contractors.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
Certification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) is preferred.
Prior experience in facilities management or similar environment.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
