Are you a passionate pastry professional with experience in large-scale bakery production? Join our growing Bakery Manufacturing Team in Dubai as a Pastry Sous Chef!

Start Date: Immediate
Industry: Central Kitchen / Food Manufacturing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist in planning and supervising daily bakery production
• Lead and motivate the team in the absence of the Executive Chef
• Maintain consistent quality and presentation of baked goods
• Train, mentor, and support kitchen staff
• Oversee inventory, ordering, and reduce food waste
• Develop and test new recipes for breads, pastries, and cakes
• Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Support scaling production and manage daily job orders

REQUIREMENTS:
• 4+ years of experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Baker
• Proven background in a large-scale bakery or manufacturing setting
• Culinary Arts / Bakery & Pastry diploma or degree
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Solid knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Available to join immediately
