The MRD Supervisor oversees the market research activities, analyzing consumer data, competitor insights, and industry trends to support strategic decision-making. This role involves leading a team of analysts, designing research methodologies, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of research reports to inform marketing strategies and product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise the market research team to collect, analyze, and interpret data related to customer preferences, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Develop and implement research plans, questionnaires, and methodologies to gather relevant data.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, product development, and senior management to understand research needs.
Analyze data using statistical tools and software to generate actionable insights.
Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and summaries for internal stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Ensure research activities comply with company standards and ethical guidelines.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Train and mentor junior team members to enhance their research skills.
Stay updated with the latest market research techniques and tools.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, or related field.
Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in statistical software (SPSS, SAS, R, etc.) and MS Office.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
