Assistant Service Advisor
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their vehicle service needs.
• Provide clear explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding service timelines, costs, and warranties.
• Assist in scheduling service appointments and managing the service calendar.
• Prepare work orders and ensure accurate documentation of customer requests.
• Relay information between customers, technicians, and parts departments.
• Help generate cost estimates for repairs and maintenance services.
• Review invoices with customers and process payments.
• Follow up on pending approvals (e.g., warranty claims, insurance).
• Contact customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction surveys.
• Assist in promoting service specials and maintenance reminders.
• Maintain service records and update customer databases.
• Track vehicle status and notify customers of completion/delays.
• Assist with inventory management of service supplies.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: High school diploma (required); automotive certification or associate degree (preferred).
• Experience: 1+ years in automotive service, customer service, or a related role.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair terminology.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with service software (e.g., CDK, Reynolds) and MS Office.
• Other: Valid driver's license; ability to work weekends if needed.
