Responsibilities:

Manage daily bakery operations, including production, quality control, and customer service.
Lead and motivate bakery staff, ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Maintain high product quality standards consistent with the premium French brand image.
Manage inventory, procurement, and waste reduction processes.
Implement and monitor health and safety protocols in the bakery.
Develop staff schedules, conduct training, and foster a positive team environment.
Collaborate with brand management and retail teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bakery Manager or similar role, preferably with a premium or French bakery brand.
Strong knowledge of bakery operations, production, and quality standards.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Passion for bakery craftsmanship and customer service.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food handling.
