JOB PURPOSE
• Develop, maintain, and leverage the enterprise architecture (EA) for Aldar Group
• Define EA processes and lead the integration of these processes with other related business and IT processes

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and maintain the various components of Aldar’s Enterprise Architecture (EA) across the business, technology, data, applications, and security for the group level, in alignment and collaboration with relevant entities and functions across Aldar
• Lead the identification and analysis of enterprise business drivers to derive enterprise business, information, technical and solution architecture requirements; analyze industry, technology, and market trends to determine their potential impacts on the enterprise
• Analyze the current business and IT environment to detect critical deficiencies and recommend solutions for improvement
• Lead the development of an implementation plan for the EA, based on business requirements and IT strategies; oversee EA implementation, ongoing EA refinement activities, and the documentation of all EA design and analysis work
• Manage and maintain architectural standards to ensure they are concurrent with leading practices, and with advancements in technology
• Provide guidance on integrated technology strategies across products
• Advice on infrastructure products and guide the selection of technology including reuse of technology
• Lead the identification of consolidation opportunities of platforms and applications and ensure that the entities are provided with adequate guidance to develop their IT budgets
• Define organizational requirements for the resources, structures, and cultural changes necessary to support the EA
• Promote the EA process, outcomes, and results to the organization, including the enterprise's IT and business leaders; this includes assessing (through appropriate metrics) and communicating the achievement and impact of the EA, as well as leading the development and execution of an EA communication and education plan
RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
Min of 10+ years of experience in the field of enterprise architecture
YOE IN MANAGERIAL POSITION
Min of 2+ Managerial experience
FIELD OF EXPERIENCE
Private sector, consulting, with real-estate background preferred
TECHNICAL AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
• Experience with managing enterprise architecture function in a diversified group such as Aldar
• Skills in technical architecture, solution architecture, business analysis or business strategic planning
• Program management skills and experience
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and communicate the PMO vision
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering with industry certifications
