The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. They analyze production workflows, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance overall operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes and workflows.
Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for optimization.
Design and implement process control strategies to ensure quality standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly.
Collaborate with R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
Document process parameters, procedures, and work instructions.
Monitor process performance through data collection and analysis.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Lead or participate in process validation and testing activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in process engineering or manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in process simulation and CAD software.
Knowledge of quality standards (ISO, ASTM, etc.).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
