What We Need
• 7–10 years’ experience in showroom/retail management (preferably electrical products).
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management and basic ERP systems.
What You Will Bring:
• Ability to drive sales and meet ambitious targets.
• Experience managing end-to-end showroom operations.
• Strong network within the electrical products market.
Key responsibilities :
• Lead and mentor showroom sales team.
• Manage inventory, order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Build relationships with contractors, electricians, and corporate clients.
• Ensure showroom displays meet company standards.
• Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
