Assistant Manager - Banquet

Job Location : Dubai, UAE

Requirements:

• Hold a High School qualification or equivalent, with a Degree or Higher National
• Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel/Business Management preferred.
• Have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a high-volume, luxury hotel, with UAE and hotel pre-opening experience preferred.
• Demonstrate the ability to understand guest needs and expectations, deliver superior customer service, and motivate the team accordingly.
• Possess strong knowledge of HACCP, competent computer skills including MS Office, and understanding of Banquet service procedures and standards.
• Be well-organised with solid administrative capabilities, able to manage large projects and events, and handle performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Exhibit attention to detail, the ability to organise and handle multiple tasks, and a strong focus on operational excellence, even during long working hours.
