SUHARA Group is recruiting Pricing & Operations Executives to join our logistics team and help shape competitive commercial strategies across our transport services. This role blends commercial pricing responsibilities with hands-on operational collaboration to ensure quotes are market-aligned and service delivery runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement pricing frameworks that balance competitiveness with profitability across sea, air, and land freight.
• Monitor market developments and competitor tariffs to refine pricing models and identify opportunity areas.
• Perform customer and route-specific analysis to tailor pricing solutions that match client needs.
• Lead negotiations with vendors and carriers to secure favorable rates and terms.
• Ensure all pricing and operational activities meet regulatory and shipping compliance standards.
• Work closely with sales, operations, and finance teams to streamline processes and improve service performance.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years UAE experience in pricing, operations, or a combined pricing/operations role within logistics.
• Strong analytical capability with a track record of using market data to inform commercial decisions.
• Proven negotiation skills and experience dealing with carriers, agents, or suppliers.
• Solid understanding of logistics operations, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, targets-driven environment with close cross-functional interaction.
