We’re Hiring — Merchandiser
Join our Abu Dhabi retail team as a hands-on Merchandiser. You’ll be responsible for ensuring product displays look great, shelves stay stocked and product placement follows brand and planogram guidelines. This role suits a practical, detail-focused person who can work independently, lift and move stock, and keep stores presentation-ready — including during weekends and public holidays.
Ideal Candidate:
• Male candidate (as specified)
• Proven experience in retail, FMCG, or merchandising is essential
• Preferably has a personal vehicle to support store visits and logistics
• Willingness to relocate or work across different locations if required
• Excellent eye for display, layout and visual presentation
• Physically fit — able to lift and handle products safely
• Reliable, punctual and able to work with minimal supervision
• Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and refresh in-store displays to maximize visual appeal and sales impact.
• Implement planograms and merchandising directives from brand or head office.
• Replenish stock and perform shelf-level inventory checks to prevent out-of-stocks.
• Rotate products and manage stock presentation to ensure freshness and correct pricing.
• Liaise with store managers and field supervisors to coordinate deliveries and placements.
• Report daily/weekly merchandising activities and any stock or display issues.
• Maintain store standards for cleanliness, signage and promotional materials.
This is a full-time position based in Abu Dhabi that requires a practical, customer-focused candidate who can maintain high merchandising standards and work a flexible schedule.
