Nursing Training Specialist – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Are you passionate about developing and mentoring the next generation of nurses? Do you have the expertise to prepare healthcare professionals for success in Saudi Arabia’s Prometric Exam? If yes, we want you on our team!

As a Nursing Training Specialist, you will:

- Deliver engaging on-site and online training sessions for nurses and caregivers preparing them for Prometric exam in Saudi Arabia
- Prepare customized training materials, mock exams, and curricula.
- Assess trainee performance through regular evaluations and reports.
- Offer flexible training through online platforms as necessary.
- Ensure continuous development by staying updated with Prometric exam changes.
- Support professional growth, job readiness, and accommodation coordination for trainees.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) classification.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of practical nursing experience.
Proven background in training/education (Prometric training experience preferred).

Skills & Competencies:
Advanced English proficiency (spoken & written).
Strong ability to design training materials & mock exams.
Effective training delivery both in-person and online.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
