Key Responsibilities:
Develop, maintain, and improve complex financial models for valuation, investment analysis, and strategic planning
Conduct detailed financial analysis and scenario planning to assess project feasibility and investment opportunities
Perform company and asset valuations using various methodologies (DCF, comparable company, precedent transactions, etc.)
Support due diligence processes for mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to senior management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, strategy, and operations
Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and models
Keep abreast of industry trends, valuation standards, and best practices

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in financial modelling, valuation, and corporate finance
Proven expertise in valuation techniques, financial analysis, and Excel modelling
Experience working in the UAE or the GCC region is preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other analytical tools is a plus
