Qualifications:
Proven experience in reception or front desk management, preferably in hospitality or entertainment venues
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism
Knowledge of hotel management or reservation software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems)
Familiarity with Dubai’s hospitality and entertainment scene is a plus
