Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze cost estimates and budgets
Manage tendering processes and procurement activities
Review and negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Monitor project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities
Prepare financial reports and cash flow forecasts
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions
Conduct valuations, variations, and claims management
Provide advice on financial and contractual risks
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field
Extensive experience in quantity surveying within construction projects
Strong knowledge of contracts, procurement, and financial management
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office
