We are actively seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Phase 2, Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. This role is ideal for candidates with 2–3 years of experience in logistics, preferably within the steel or fabrication sector, who can ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and monitor transportation for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Communicate and liaise with customers, transporters, and clearing agents to ensure timely delivery
• Optimize logistics costs by negotiating with service providers
• Provide excellent customer service with prompt handling of requests
• Track deliveries and share real-time updates with internal teams and clients

Requirements:

• Age between 25–30 years
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain (steel industry experience preferred)
• Familiarity with UAE customs procedures, Hamriyah Free Zone regulations, and HS codes is advantageous but not mandatory
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP/Tally systems
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
