• Role Overview: We are hiring a Logistics Operations Coordinator to handle export documentation and day-to-day operations at Sharjah Airport Freezone. You will play a hands-on part in preparing shipment paperwork, coordinating with carriers and freight partners, and ensuring timely export clearance to key regions such as EMEA and the Americas.
• Key Responsibilities:
o Prepare commercial documents including sales quotations, invoices and packing lists.
o Handle export paperwork such as Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin (COO), and arrange SGS approvals and other necessary certifications.
o Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, carriers and customs to ensure smooth export processes.
o Support operational tasks across the export cycle from booking to final delivery and follow-up.
o Maintain accurate records and ensure timely filing of documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
• SKILLSETS:
o Education: Graduate in any discipline.
o Experience: At least 2 years of UAE-based experience in logistics operations and export documentation.
o Technical skills: Practical experience preparing sales quotations, invoicing, packing lists and export documentation (B/L, COO, SGS, etc.).
o Markets: Demonstrable experience coordinating exports to EMEA and America.
o Software: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.
o Communication: Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory.
o Work location: Willingness to work onsite in Sharjah Airport Freezone.
• Compensation & Benefits:
o Salary range: AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
