Sales Project Coordinator

Job Details :
• Relevant experience in sales coordination, customer communication, or project support.
• Bachelor’s or Diploma’s degree.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good English language proficiency.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls and inquiries from potential and existing customers.
• Communicate directly with customers to promote projects and persuade them of products or services.
• Prepare and present accurate quotations and suitable services to customers.
• Conduct meetings with customers to follow up on requirements and resolve any issues.
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and internal departments to improve workflow.
• Perform any other tasks as required to meet the needs of the new project.
