Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and scheduling project activities.
Coordinate between clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and update stakeholders regularly.
Manage documentation, permits, and compliance requirements.
Support procurement and logistics planning.
Track project costs and assist in budget management.
Address project issues and escalate as necessary.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
Prior UAE experience in heavy lift and transportation industry.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and tasks effectively.
Knowledge of project management tools and software.
Relevant industry certifications preferred.
