1. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic issues in heavy prime movers.
2. Perform scheduled maintenance: oil changes, brake inspections, and tires.
3. Inspect and repair engine, transmission, clutch, suspension, steering, and breaks.
4. Conduct troubleshooting using diagnostic tools (Jaltest).
5. Repair faulty parts such as fuel pumps, injectors, alternators, and gearboxes.
6. Maintain accurate service records and report all completed work.
7. Experience in Scully system repair, calibration, and troubleshooting for diesel tankers
8. Valves maintenance and repair (loading/unloading valves)
9. Robin PTO pump installation, servicing, and troubleshooting
10. Battery control system testing, maintenance, and reporting
11. GPS device installation, repair, and maintenance for fleet vehicles
12. Camera surveillance systems installation, repair, and monitoring control setup
13. Strong electrical and mechanical skills for heavy vehicles
14. Understanding of fuel handling safety standards
15. Minimum 5 years’ experience in tanker maintenance
16. Experience in RTA truck passing.
