The E&I QC Inspector is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality and compliance of electrical and instrumentation work on site, adhering to project specifications, standards, and safety regulations. The inspector conducts inspections, audits, and tests to verify the quality of materials, workmanship, and installation processes, ensuring alignment with Aramco standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect electrical and instrumentation installations, ensuring compliance with design drawings, specifications, and standards.
Review and verify documentation, including method statements, inspection test plans, and material certificates.
Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of materials, components, and completed work.
Perform or witness testing and commissioning activities as per project specifications.
Identify, document, and report non-conformances or deviations; recommend corrective actions.
Ensure that all work is performed safely and in accordance with safety regulations.
Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare inspection reports.
Ensure adherence to Aramco standards and other applicable codes and regulations.
Participate in quality meetings and contribute to continuous quality improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

Relevant diploma or degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, or related fields.
Aramco-approved status and CBT (Computer-Based Test) certification.
3+ years of experience in electrical and instrumentation quality control inspection, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical, or large industrial projects.
Knowledge of quality standards, codes, and safety regulations related to electrical and instrumentation works.
Strong understanding of inspection techniques, testing procedures, and documentation.
Good communication and coordination skills.
