Procurement Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute procurement strategies for fit-out materials and services, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors specializing in interior fit-out.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules to meet project deadlines.
• Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring materials meet project specifications.
• Monitor and manage stock levels in collaboration with the warehouse team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, costs, and supplier performance.
• Collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to understand material requirements and timelines.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of procurement experience within the interior fit-out industry
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of UAE procurement laws and regulations.
• Proficient in ERP systems and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
Preferred :
• Experience working in Dubai or the GCC region.
• Familiarity with sustainable and innovative fit-out materials.
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
