Key Responsibilities:

Lead the QA/QC team to develop, implement, and maintain quality procedures and standards aligned with ADNOC requirements.
Review and approve inspection and test plans (ITPs), method statements, and QC documentation.
Conduct and supervise inspections, audits, and assessments of mechanical works, materials, and equipment.
Ensure all mechanical activities meet project specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Coordinate with construction and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and non-conformances.
Manage the approval process for suppliers’ and subcontractors’ quality documentation.
Monitor quality metrics, prepare inspection reports, and facilitate client and ADNOC inspections.
Provide training and guidance to site QC personnel to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Ensure compliance with HSE policies during all QA/QC activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
ADNOC approval or recognized certification in QA/QC or related discipline preferred.
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in QA/QC within oil & gas EPC projects, with a focus on mechanical works.
Proven experience in leading QA/QC teams and conducting audits, inspections, and reviews.
Strong knowledge of ADNOC standards, codes, and specifications (e.g., ADNOC-SHES, ISO standards).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
