Hiring Customer Relations Executive (Tele-calling)
Adroetech is seeking a confident and well-spoken female Customer Relations Executive to join its Dubai team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys meaningful phone conversations, has a clear and professional accent, and consistently delivers high-quality customer care and client follow-up.
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience (overall): 1 to 4 years (preferred 2–3 years in telecalling/client handling/customer service)
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Practical background in telecalling, client servicing, or customer support — ideally 2 to 3 years focused on outbound/inbound calls and client engagement.
• Language Skills: Exceptional command of English in both spoken and written form; additional languages are an advantage.
• Industry Preference: Candidates with exposure to IT software or technology sales are highly desirable.
• Lead Generation (Bonus): Experience sourcing and nurturing leads via LinkedIn, Facebook or similar channels will be considered a plus.
