We’re Hiring: Time Keeper
Role overview:
We are seeking a reliable Time Keeper to join our site team in Jebel Ali. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately recording and managing workforce attendance and related labor data to support payroll, project controls, and compliance with UAE labour regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily attendance records for workers and staff — track hours worked, shift patterns, overtime, absences, and holiday hours.
• Prepare and update manpower reports, labour allocation sheets, and attendance registers.
• Verify and cross-check overtime, leave requests, and holiday work with supervisors and HR before payroll processing.
• Review and validate timesheets to ensure completeness and accuracy prior to payroll submission.
• Monitor biometric terminals or manual logs to confirm correct entry/exit records and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide timely labour data for progress reports and project monitoring.
• Coordinate closely with HR, site engineers, supervisors, and the payroll team to ensure smooth information flow.
• Produce weekly and monthly labour-utilisation and attendance summaries.
• Ensure all attendance and payroll-related practices align with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years’ experience as a Time Keeper on construction sites (preferred).
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel for reporting and data consolidation.
• High attention to detail and excellent organizational ability.
• Good communication and coordination skills with site teams and office functions.
• Languages: English and Hindi (proficiency required).
