We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Property Consultant to assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a good understanding of the real estate market, and a customer-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand client requirements and preferences regarding property types, locations, and budgets.
Assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to clients.
Guide clients through the legal and financial aspects of property transactions.
Maintain an updated database of properties and clients.
Negotiate deals and close sales to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Keep abreast of market trends, property prices, and competitor activities.
Prepare and present property proposals and marketing materials.
Coordinate with legal, financial, and construction teams as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant field.
Proven experience as a Property Consultant or in real estate sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of local real estate laws and market trends.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as required.
