Job Position
– Operations in Charge Company Name – Arackal Group
Responsibilities:
– Lead and supervise day-to-day operations on interior fit-out sites
– Coordinate with designers, project & site engineers, vendors, sub-contractors, and clients
– Monitor project schedules, materials, labor, and site progress
– Resolve on-site issues quickly to avoid delays
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3-4 years of experience in operations or site management in the interior fit-out industry
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
– Knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, MEP coordination
– Must have Valid UAE Driving License.
