We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Call Centre Representative to handle inbound and outbound customer calls. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and promote our products/services to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming customer calls promptly and professionally
Assist customers with their inquiries, complaints, and support requests
Provide accurate information about products and services
Record details of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure issues are resolved
Achieve individual and team performance targets (e.g., call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores)
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or supervisors
Maintain a positive attitude and build rapport with customers
Keep updated with product knowledge and company policies
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (additional certification is a plus)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or call center software
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
