QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Information Technology
– 8+ years of experience in system administration, network management, and IT infrastructure.
– Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, Hyper-V, AWS, and Microsoft Azure.
– Knowledge of firewalls, network security, VPNs, and IDS/IPS systems.
– Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator | VMware Certified Professional | Cisco Certified Network Associate | ITIL

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, storage, and networking equipment.
– Ensure optimal performance, stability, and security of physical/virtual systems.
– Perform updates, patching, upgrades, and monitor network performance (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, wireless).
– Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, IDS/IPS, access controls, and conduct audits.
– Manage backups, disaster recovery, and data security.
– Provide end-user support, track helpdesk requests, and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
– Lead IT projects (upgrades, migrations, deployments) and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
– Maintain documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
– Manage vendor relationships and recommend technologies aligned with business needs.
