QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
– Minimum 5-7 years of experience, preferably with construction/contracting company.
– Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator, Cisco Certified Network Associate.
– Excellent knowledge of Windows Server Operating System, Firewalls and Access controls.
– Excellent analytical and learning skills.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to prioritize, manage time well, multi-task and troubleshoot.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, internet, and site office networks.
– Install, configure, and support hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices, CCTV, Time & Attendance etc.).
– Perform system upgrades, patches, and user account management.
– Manage email systems, access permissions, and IT security (antivirus, firewalls, updates).
– Conduct audits, backups, disaster recovery planning, and asset inventory.
– Train staff on IT systems, policies, and best practices.
– Enforce IT policies and support business objectives.
– Assist in IT projects (network expansions, software deployments, infrastructure upgrades).
– Support Sr. System Administrator/Assistant IT Manager in daily operations.
– Provide end-user technical support and maintain helpdesk documentation.
