Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about numbers? We’re looking for a dedicated Assistant Accountant to join our finance team and help maintain accurate financial records, including daily closings—using tools like Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.
• Support daily, monthly, and yearly closing activities.
• Perform daily closing of accounts, ensuring transactions are recorded and reconciled.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Reconcile bank and cash statements.
• Support audits and tax filings as needed.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
