Account Manager
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities :
• Act as the single point of contact for assigned clients from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up.
• Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience throughout the entire auction process.
• Provide guidance on consignment, bidding, payments, and shipping.
• Sales & Business Development
• Identify and convert prospects through cold calling, networking, and proactive outreach.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales and retention targets.
• Present, promote, and sell auction services to both buyers and sellers, including B2B and individual customers.
• Maintain up-to-date client records using NetSuite and BIRD CRM.
• Generate and analyze client reports to track performance and upsell opportunities.
• Coordinate with logistics, finance, and auction teams to resolve client queries.
• Market Prospection
• Source high-quality vehicle consignments by contacting dealers, fleet owners, and private sellers.
• Develop new business leads across the UAE and GCC region.
• Must be flexible to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening), including weekends as required.
• Base location: Sharjah - Main Branch (with potential visits to other branches if needed).
Requirements :
• Language: Fluent in Arabic (mandatory) and English.
• Strong background in car sales, auctions, or vehicle consignment is preferred.
• Familiar with NetSuite ERP and BIRD CRM (or similar platforms).
• Proficient with MS Office and digital communication tools.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Confident in conducting cold calls and sales pitches.
