Chief Financial Officer

Roles & Responsibilities :
• Develop and execute financial strategies that align with the group's overall business objectives and drive sustainable growth.
• Manage the group's capital structure, including optimizing debt and equity financing to fund operations and growth initiatives.
• Lead the formulation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans for each business unit.
• Collaborate with business leaders to assess financial feasibility of new ventures and expansion projects.
• Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial statements, performance reports, and KPI dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements across all industries.
• Analyze financial data to provide insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to support effective decision-making.
• Implement cash flow management strategies to maintain liquidity and support business operations.
• Identify financial risks associated with various industries within the group and develop risk mitigation strategies.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to address financial and regulatory challenges.
• Provide strong leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
• Mentor and develop finance and accounting staff, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Requirement skills & Qualifications :
• Master's or bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, or ACCA.
• Minimum 15 or more proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role in UAE.
• In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and financial reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
