Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Achieve sales targets and report on sales performance regularly.
Coordinate with the technical and production teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Attend industry events and trade shows to promote the company's services.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in sales, preferably in structural heavy steel fabrication.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Knowledge of the heavy steel fabrication industry and market dynamics.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
