Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job specifications.
Conduct interviews and coordinate assessment procedures.
Manage candidate communications and provide timely feedback.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Prepare recruitment reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and employment legislation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
