Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and motivate sales teams to meet sales goals.
Implement sales strategies for modern and traditional retail outlets.
Monitor sales activities, customer relations, and competitor activities.
Conduct training and performance evaluations for sales staff.
Manage stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain.
Report sales performance and market insights to management.
Ensure excellent customer service standards.
Requirements:
At least 7 years of recent experience in sales within the FMCG industry.
Strong background in supermarket/grocery retail sales.
Valid UAE driving license.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
