Seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in cost management, tendering, contract administration, and project financial control. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering projects within budget and to high standards.
Key Requirements:
– BTech / BE in Civil Engineering, BSc (QS), Degree or Diploma in Quantity surveying)
– 5 to 10 year Experience
– Skilled in both Pre-Contract and Post-Contract phases
Responsibilities:
– Cost Planning Estimating and managing project costs.
– Team Management Leading, organizing, and supporting team members.
– Client Management Communicating effectively and maintaining client relationships.
– Preliminary Knowledge of Contracts Understanding basic contract terms and obligations.
– Commercial Management Overseeing financial aspects, risks, and profitability of projects.
– Division Pre-Contract Assisting in tendering, pricing, and early-stage project planning.
– Strong leadership, effective contract management, and a proactive, growth-focused mindset.
– The candidate will lead the Cost Management Precontracts Division.
