HR and Administration Manager

Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage the recruitment, retention, and development of employees, including creating and implementing human resources policies and procedures.
• Oversee the performance management process, including monitoring performance goals set by the departments and providing feedback and coaching to employees.
• Develop and manage the group compensation scheme.
• Develop and manage the group performance appraisal system.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations, including labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits.
• Manage the company's facilities and equipment, ensuring that they are maintained and used efficiently and effectively.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the company's administrative processes, such as procurement and budgeting.
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues.
• Monitor the performance of the HR and administration functions and make recommendations for improvements.
• Represent the company in dealings with external partners, such as government agencies and regulatory bodies.

Qualifications :

• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in UAE.
• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of HR-related software, such as HRIS and payroll systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in compliance, risk management, and regulatory affairs is a plus.
