Requirements:
Minimum 7–10 years of experience supporting project management teams
Proven experience in large infrastructure or construction projects is preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and administrative skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, document management systems, and relevant project software
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, reports, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
Track project deliverables, deadlines, and follow-ups
Coordinate logistics for project meetings and site visits
Assist in preparing project-related presentations and documentation
Ensure timely submission of reports and compliance with project standards
