Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for oncology patients.
Administer chemotherapy, medications, and supportive therapies.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and complications.
Educate patients and families about treatment procedures, side effects, and self-care.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress.
Assist in patient preparation for procedures and treatments.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Follow strict infection control and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
Nursing Degree (Diploma, Bachelor’s, or higher) from an accredited institution.
Valid nursing license (DOH/DHA/HAAD or equivalent).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oncology or Medical-Surgical Nursing.
Oncology Certification or experience preferred.
Strong communication and empathetic patient care skills
