Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment plans aligned with hotel staffing needs.
Source, screen, and interview candidates using various channels.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Manage job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding processes.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and legal regulations.
Maintain a talent pool and build relationships with potential candidates.
Assist in employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns.
Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 4 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of recruitment tools and channels.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
