Construction Manager
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Job description :
• Develop a comprehensive project plan by defining project objectives, establishing timelines, and determining resource requirements.
• Oversee the project budget, ensuring all expenses are properly accounted for and the project stays within the allocated budget. Negotiate prices with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the client, maintaining regular communication to understand their requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
• Work closely with stakeholders such as architects, designers, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate their activities and ensure smooth project execution. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks that may affect the project timeline.
• Ensure that the work meets required quality standards and adheres to the client s specifications. Conduct regular inspections, perform quality checks, and address any deficiencies or deviations from the agreed-upon design and scope of work.
• Liaise with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials to the project site.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations and standards are followed throughout the project.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, permits, progress reports, and change orders.
• Develop a detailed project schedule, identify critical paths, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion. Proactively address delays or obstacles that may impact the project timeline and make necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
Qualification :
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in UAE
• AUTOCAD and other design and project management tools
• Construction Industry experience
