Service Advisor
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities :
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide guidance and advice to customers on product features, service options, and pricing.
• Maintain a high level of customer service as an interface between customers and IIQAF staff.
• Build rapport with customers and develop long-term relationships.
• Follow established processes and procedures for service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and address any customer service issues.
• Recommend and promote products and services.
• Participate in sales and marketing activities.
• Remain knowledgeable about products, services, and industry trends.
Job Requirements :
• High school diploma/GED or higher.
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or related position.
• Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of particular service-related hardware and software systems.
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing customer needs.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• Commitment to meeting deadlines and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
