HR Generalist – Real Estate
Job Location : United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Lead end-to-end recruitment – posting ads, screening candidates, and conducting interviews
• Manage onboarding – contracts, NDAs, and smooth integration of new hires
• Handle employee relations – attendance, leave, and discipline tracking
• Support HR administration – maintaining employee files, issuing warning/exit letters
• Coordinate with PRO for visa, insurance, and UAE labor law compliance
• Assist management in performance reviews and retention strategies
• 2–4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment ( real estate, sales, or call center preferred)
• Strong recruitment and interviewing skills
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented personality
