Contract: Permanent/Full Time
Responsibilities:
-Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters, including grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary case in line with the UAE labor law.
-Drive employee engagement initiatives, communication programs, and feedback mechanisms.
-Conduct exit interviews, analyze trends, and support retention and culture improvement.
-Manage site-level HR activities such as labor camp visits, workforce concerns, and ethics/compliance training.
-Ensure effective communication, build trust with employees, and partner with managers to maintain a fair and positive work environment.
