Responsibilities:
Lead and manage civil construction projects from initiation to completion.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Ensure all work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
Review and approve project drawings, specifications, and change orders.
Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and services.
Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities.
Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
Manage project team members and subcontractors effectively.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in managing civil construction projects.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards, and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
PMP or similar certification is a plus.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
