PRO Assistant
Job Location : Ras al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities :
• Updating and maintaining the PRO database e.g. scanning of passports, labour contracts, labour cards and visa details;
• Tracking of entry dates of new employees for visa purposes
• Assisting employees and managers with day to day PRO queries
• Ensuring all relevant documentation and information is forwarded to the PRM
• Preparing and maintaining individual hardcopy HR records
• Liason with PRO & HR with regards to: for visa processing, for Contract Renewal. For Cancellation and etc.
• Ensuring Company compliance with labour laws
Requirements
• Qualified candidate should have at least 2 years relevant experience
• Presently residing in UAE
• Have a good english communication skills
• Can join immediately
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
