Key Responsibilities:
Inspect painted and insulated surfaces for quality, thickness, and adherence to specifications
Verify proper surface preparation and coating application methods
Monitor insulation installation for compliance with standards
Conduct NDT and other tests to evaluate coating and insulation integrity
Document inspection results and non-conformances
Coordinate with contractors to resolve quality issues
Maintain inspection records and quality documentation
Ensure safety procedures are followed during inspections
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in paint and insulation inspection in oil and gas projects
Relevant certifications (e.g., CSWIP 3.1/3.2, NACE, ICORR)
Knowledge of coating and insulation materials and standards
Strong attention to detail and technical understanding
Good communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a safety-conscious environment
